*This is another project of mine that was forged in the week's worth of fire method. It mostly spawned from heated debates with fellow musicians about the validity of sampling vs "playing your own shit". I personally have a ton of respect for hip-hop beat makers who don't sample...when its good music. But I'm also a boom bap traditionalist and will never fully abandon soul, rock, and funk sampling. But, I had a lot of fun with this one.*
